None appears on behalf of respondents in Writ Appeal No. 13/2020, though, the office note dated 22.09.2021 indicates that dasti notice was served on the respondents.

In Writ Appeal No. 31/2020, Mr. Sunil Sahu, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 3. He submits that other respondents have not entered appearance despite service of dasti notice. 3.
In Writ Appeal No. 40/2020, Mr. Parag Kotecha, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 1. He submits that despite service of dasti notice, other respondents have not entered appearance. 2.
It is submitted by Mr. Sudeep Agrawal, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the appellants in all the three cases that by order dated
28.11.2019, the learned Single Judge allowed eight writ petitions. He further submits that five review petitions being Review Petition No. 1/2020, 2/2020, 5/2020, 6/2020 and 19/2020 were preferred in respect of the other five writ petitions and that same were allowed vide orders dated 28.01.2020, 30.01.2020, 17.01.2020, 30.01.2020 and 28.01.2020, respectively. 3.
In that view of the matter, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw these three appeals with liberty to file review petitions. 4.
Prayer is not opposed by Mr. Sahu or Mr. Kotecha, learned counsel for the respective respondents.
