Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had supplied certain benches to the respondent State for which the petitioner was paid Rs. 12,00,500/- against a total of Rs. 14,65,380/- and rest of the amount has not been released till date. He submits that therefore the petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation before the respondent No. 3 The Collector (Tribal Development) Distt. Surajpur.

Considering the submission the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent No. 3 The Collector (Tribal Development) Distt. Surajpur within a period of four weeks which may be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4.
