1. P.U.D. received from the Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Kondagaon, C.G. Praying for extension of time for disposing off the case concerned.
2. In M.Cr.C. No.2270/2019, this Court had directed for disposing off the case concerned within a specified time. It is mentioned in the P.U.D. that because of the reasons shown, the case could not be concluded within the specified time, therefore, extension of three months is prayed for.
3. After considering the grounds mentioned in the P.U.D., this prayer is allowed and extension of three months is granted to dispose off the case concerned.
4. Accordingly, the petition is diposed off.
