This Court, vide order dated 08.03.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1082 of 2019, while disposing of the application for grant of bail, directed that the trial Court shall conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, by this PUD learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) has prayed for further time of three months for deciding the matter. Considering the reasons assigned in the P.U.D., prayer is allowed and further one month time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the trial Court to decide the matter.
