The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : "10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare the impugned rule i.e. Rule 19(1) of C.G. Law Department Manual (Annexure P-1) as unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, in the interest of justice.

10.2. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned notification/circular dated .2019 (Annexure P-2) and impugned termination order (Annexure P-3) by holding the same to be unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, in the interest of justice. 10.3. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Special Public Prosecutor (Atrocity), Ambikapur, DistrictSarguja (C.G.), in the interest of justice. 10.4. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to provide compensation and cost of the petition to the petitioner for illegal termination of his services. 10.5. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to give such other relief as it deems fit, in the interest of justice. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. 3.
