% 10.01.2018 Present FIR No.493/2014 has been registered at Police Station Vivek Vihar under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, Challan has not been filed. There were three persons who had been arrayed as accused in the FIR of whom one has already been granted anticipatory protection. Learned counsel for the State along with instructions from Investigating Officer Arun Kumar assures this Court that the final report shall be filed positively within an outer limit of two weeks. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
