This is an Application filed on behalf of the Appellants seeking to file additional documents.

The present Appeal has been filed impugning an order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 17973/2024 captioned as "Taekwondo Federation of India V/s Indian Olympic Association & Ors".

Learned Senior Counsel for the Appellants submits that the grievance of the Appellants stems from the fact that the Appellants were not heard by the learned Single Judge as they were not parties to the Petition filed before the learned Single Judge and today, they are unable to participate in the National Games.

9.1 This contention of the Appellants is refuted by the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent No.1.

The Court has briefly heard the learned senior counsel and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

With the consent of the parties present today and in the interest of expediency the following directions are passed: (i) The Appellants before this Court shall approach the learned Single Judge by way of an appropriate Application within a period of three days with respect to their grievances;

(ii) The last date for submission of entries for the upcoming 38th National Games to be held on 28.01.2025 for selection in the game of Taekwondo, which was 03.01.2025, shall be extended by a period of one week. 12.

Learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that his consent to the above directions should not take away his right to approach the competent Court by way of a contempt petition, if necessary. 13.

It is clarified that the matter has not been heard on merits by the Court. All rights and contentions of all the parties have been left open in this regard.

The Appeal and the pending Application are disposed of with the aforegoing directions.
