This is an application moved by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity And General Network Access to the Inter-State Transmission System) Regulations, 2022 (GNA Regulations, 2022) and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020 as amended by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (Sharing Regulations, 2023), by instituting a fresh writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection to the said prayer.
