Petitioner is landlady and is aggrieved by order dated 19.12.2019 whereby appeal of the tenant was allowed and the deposit of rent for the period in question was also permitted.

However, at the very outset, petitioner and her counsel have stated that since petitioner has already got back the possession of the tenanted premises, she is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition any more. 4.
