This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) quashing of Impugned Minutes Of 424th Meeting Of WRC Held On 20th To 23rd May 2025 i.e., Respondent No. 2, thereby, withdrawing recognition of the Petitioner Institution for running the D.El.Ed. course;

(b) direct the respondent no.2 to issue restoration of recognition order to the petitioner institution, thereby restoring its recognition with all consequential benefits of being a recognized institution; in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respect of aforesaid D.El.Ed. course of petitioner institution, (c) direct the respondent no.2 to consequently open the link, whereon petitioner can upload documents and get updated its record, (d) direct the respondent no.2 to update its record on website by displaying the recognized status of petitioner," 2.

Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the respondents states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs No. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26. 4.

The above directions are subject to verification by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
