% 07.01.2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted by this court vide order dated 23.12.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. No. 4112/2024.

In light of the view taken by this court in order dated 23.09.2023 in BAIL APPLN. No. 3418/2024 titled Jatin vs. The State NCT of Delhi, Mr. Sumeet Shokeen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file for the same relief by way of a CRL.M.(BAIL) application in BAIL APPLN. No. 4112/2024. Since the court is informed that the interim bail granted to the petitioner runs-out tomorrow i.e. 08.01.2025; and he is presently admitted to hospital for surgery, the interim bail so granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.12.2024 is extended by 03 days, permitting time to the petitioner to do the needful.
