By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to ensure the safety of the petitioner by providing police protection. 2.

Ms. Nambiar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has also preferred a Contempt Petition No. 5/2024 in which petitioner has been granted liberty to approach the concerned SHO. 3.

Mr. Ansari, learned ASC for the State also confirms the same and assures that as and when the complainant approaches the concerned SHO, the complaint would be looked into in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to approach again if the need arises.
