Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('B.N.S.S.' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, to seek extension of Parole for a period of six weeks on the ground to re-establish social ties with the family and the society.

It is submitted that the Petitioner has been convicted for life imprisonment in FIR No. 279/1992 under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Section 5 of TADA (P) Act, 1987, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar. He had been admitted to Parole vide Order dated 09.12.2024, for a period of four weeks on account of surgery of his wife. 5.

In support of the ground for extension, copy of medical prescription issued by Doctor Dimpy Gomber, has been placed on record, according to which a plan for urgent T.A.H. (Total Abdominal Hysterectomy) is proposed for 15.01.2025.

Learned APP on behalf of the State, has submitted a Status Report, which be taken on record wherein it is stated that the medical prescription has been verified and doctor Dimpy Gomber from Tirath Ram Shah Charitable Hospital, has given a statement that this prescription is neither authored by her nor does it bear her signatures. Apparently, it is a fake Medical Prescription, which has been filed on record. 7.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
