An application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner / applicant for grant of interim bail in FIR No.206/2021 under Sections 21/29 NDPS Act registered at P.S. Special Cell.

Medical report received from the Superintendent Jail reflects that necessary treatment is being provided to the petitioner. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, no grounds are made out for grant of interim bail.

However, Superintendent Jail is directed to ensure that requisite medical treatment is provided to the petitioner in accordance with rules. A copy this order be forwarded to Superintendent Jail for information. Application is accordingly disposed of.
