Mr. D.V. Sharma, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the learned Trial Court has proceeded to hear the final arguments on the petition of the respondent without deciding the application under Section 19 of the MSME Act filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court for further arguments on 06.01.2024 and that the application of the petitioner needs to be disposed of first before hearing the arguments.
