Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the judgment dated 04th July, 2023 passed by the learned Division Bench in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 129/2023, is being complied with in letter and spirit. 2.

It is submitted that the respondent is ensuring that the minor child st and 3rd meets the petitioner-father on 1 Saturday of every month from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at V3S Mall, Preet Vihar, New Delhi. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-father confirms the fact that the th petitioner met the minor child on this Saturday, i.e., 06 April, 2024.

the respondent, who is present in Court, undertakes that the aforesaid judgment dated 04th July, 2023 shall be complied with and that the minor child shall continue to meet the petitioner-father on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. The aforesaid undertaking made by the respondent as well as by learned counsel appearing for the respondent is taken on record. The respondent is bound by the said undertaking.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
