% 22.02.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners who are present in Court, submits that as of now no threats are being received by the petitioners.

Learned ASC for the State submits that petitioners have been provided contact numbers of Beat Staff/Division Officer and SHO of the concerned police station. She further submits that beat officials have also been sensitized and directed to meet the petitioners regularly. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the directions to the SHO of police station Bhajan Pura to ensure the safety of the petitioners, depending upon on the extent of threat.
