The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ/direction against respondent no.1/Bank restraining it from allowing the invocation of Bank Guarantees issued by respondent no.1 on behalf of the petitioner in favour of respondent no.3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted leave to withdraw the petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the NCLT, Hyderabad Bench or any other forum, in accordance with law. 3.

The petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
