First Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 0574/2024 under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Timarpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Charge-Sheet has already been filed, the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present Bail Applicatin with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Bail Applicaiton is permitte to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
