The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely Ms. Aarju Yadav, arrayed as the respondent no. 3 herein.

interacted with her. She states that she is happily married to Shri Nitin, the respondent no. 4 herein, and that she is staying with him and his family.

We have counselled the petitioner as also the respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Since the respondent no. 3, Ms. Aarju Yadav, is a major and is residing with the respondent no. 4 out of her own free will, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 5.
At this stage, the respondent no. 3 submits that some of her original documents are lying with the petitioner at her parental home. The petitioner, who appears in person, assures that any original documents of the respondent no. 3 that may be available with him, would be returned to the respondent no. 3 forthwith. 6.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
