By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to bring on record the Undertaking dated 11.03.2025 executed by the respondent no.1 as also for seeking appropriate directions qua the respondent no.2 for removal/ cancellation of entry pertaining to the trademark registration no.6129009 for the mark 'CARMACEL' in Class 5 before the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The said Undertaking dated 11.03.2025 executed by the respondent no.1 is taken on record.

The respondent no.1, appearing in person, submits that he will abide, and remain bound by all the terms and conditions as mentioned in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to remove/ cancel the entry pertaining to the trademark registration no.6129009 for the mark 'CARMACEL' in Class 5 before the Registrar of Trade Marks within a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 1/2025 6.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 10938/2025, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition since the same has become infructuous.
