Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that it was only on account of Mahakumbh taking place at Prayagraj, UP that respondent had offered visitation at a park close to her house. 2.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, such park is not a „public place‟ and is part of a private property of respondent‟s maternal uncle. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for respondent submits that since the mother had herself consented to the aforesaid visitations, she has no inclination to go back from such admission made by her and it was only in view of the exceptional footfall on account of the Mahakumbh that she had offered the above said alternate place for visitation. 4.

respondent submits that for the month of January and February, the visitation can take place at "Royal Cafe a family Restaurant, Toll Plaza, Jaunpur Road, Highway Crossing, near Sahson, U.P-221507" or at "The Chahat Café near bypass, near National Highway, Jag Bandhanpur, Sahson, Allahbad, U.P-221507".

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above, she is left with no grievance in the present contempt petition and submits that the petition may be disposed of as not pressed, while reserving the other rights and contentions of the petitioner.
