These are petitions seeking directions to permit the wards of the petitioner to be enrolled in any nearby Central Board of Secondary Education ("CBSE") affiliated Senior Secondary Schools in Class-XI to enable them to appear in the examination and carry on with their respective academic careers.

Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that all the students have already been absorbed in the nearby schools and are already pursuing their academic careers.

In this view of the matter, the CBSE is expected and directed to regularise their admissions.

During the course of the arguments, Mr. Niyazi, learned standing counsel for CBSE as well as Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners, state that the respondent No. 3 school has collected fees including examination fee in contravention of the directions of this Court, from the students for Class-XI. The Order dated 15.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5651/2025 prohibited the respondent No. 3 from running the Class XI and XII course and also from inducting any new students for the said classes.

From 15.05.2025, any amount collected by the respondent No. 3 school from the petitioners shall be deposited with the bank account of Delhi High Court Bar Association within 4 weeks from today, and the same shall be utilized for education of children of the Bar staff existing or those who have passed away while in service. 6.
The calculation of the aforesaid amount shall also be furnished to the CBSE, who shall verify the same.

The petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms, alongwith pending applications, if any.
