Mr. Rai, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2 has handed over a document containing the details of land pockets and DDA plans. 2.
He states that in the document containing Details of Land Pockets near Rangpuri, New Delhi, the portion marked as serial No. 2, titled as Area in lieu of Nangal Dewat, on the Google Map is the area in question i.e. 63 acres for the petitioner, whereas, the proposed colony is being made at the area marked as serial No. 11, titled as 'Proposed AAI colony Type C and D' which is divided by a road of 20 metres, shown in white. 3.
