The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying interalia for issuing directions to the respondent/ITBP to grant him disability pension, insurance claim, compensation and extraordinary pension on the ground that he has been removed from service due to his invalidation on health grounds. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made repeated representations to the respondents before approaching the Court and the last representation made in that regard is dated 13.10.2017, Annexure P-8 (colly). However, respondents have failed to consider the said representation or communicate any decision to the petitioner till date, hence the present petition.

Mr.Sanjeev Narula, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears W.P.(C) 12/2018

on advance notice, states that the respondents shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2017 in accordance with law, if granted some reasonable time.

In view of the submissions made herein above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation forwarded to the Director North Western Frontier, ITBP, Chandigarh, vide letter dated 13.10.2017, within four weeks from today under written intimation to him. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken, he shall be entitled to seek his legal remedy. HIMA KOHLI, J.
