Mr. Jain, who represents the Pairokar - i.e., the son of the deceased Petitioner, states on instructions that the legal representatives of the deceased would not like to continue the present petition. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of as abated. 3.

Any amounts deposited by the deceased Petitioner in relation to the present proceedings with the Registry are directed to be released to the Respondent (Complainant).

It is clarified that the Complainant shall now be at liberty to take appropriate recourse, as available in law, for recovery of the fine amounts imposed vide the impugned order on sentence, if so advised. 5.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending applications.
