This matter has been placed before this Court pursuant to a communication received by the Registrar General of this Court conveying an order dated 11.12.2023 passed by Ms. Seema Maini, learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini, Delhi which reads as follows:- "....

I have perused the above order-sheet dt. 05.12.2023 of Ld. MM-04, North vide which, it has been observed that jurisdiction of the present case is under PS Maurya Enclave, which falls within the jurisdiction of North West District, Delhi.

In view of the above, the instant case file, complete in all respects, be placed before the Registrar General, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, on 21.12.2023, with a request to pass appropriate orders......." 2.

From order dated 05.12.2023 passed by learned MM-04, (North) Rohini Courts, Delhi, it is evident that the case arising out of CC No. 2585/2018 titled 'Rahul Raj Gupta v. Taslima' was heard on maintainability and both parties had submitted that the case falls under PS: Maurya Enclave and therefore, the jurisdiction lies with the Court in North West District, Delhi.

In view of the aforesaid two orders and considering that CC No. 2585/2018 titled 'Rahul Raj Gupta v. Taslima' arising out of complaint under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pertains to PS: Maurya Enclave, the complaint case is transferred from the Court of MM-04 (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi to concerned MM at North West District, Delhi dealing with the jurisdiction in question. 4.

Matter will be listed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Delhi with advanced intimation to the parties. Copies of the order be forwarded to both the Courts for information and necessary compliance.
