Today, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a photocopy of his counter affidavit dated 05th February, 2024. The same is taken on record.

In view of the earlier order dated 25th January, 2024 passed in a similar writ petition filed by the petitioner, being W.P.(C) No. 1162/2024, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition in an appropriate Court having territorial jurisdiction.
