% 23.01.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the Department of Education states that as per the email received today morning, the petitioner has been given admission in Ved Vyas DAV Public School.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly submits that the admission has been granted subject to the completion of formalities which are to be done today. Learned counsel submits that in these circumstances, he does not want to pursue the same and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition, along with the pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
