None for the petitioner.

By way of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks extension of parole for a period of four weeks granted by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2024.

It is noted that the aforesaid order was passed as petitioner's wife had expired on 27.12.2023. The present application is premised on the ground that the petitioner has two minor daughters, who need to be looked after and that the petitioner has to make arrangements for their shelter. The factum of death of petitioner's wife already stands verified. that his parents have already passed away and that there is no one to look after the minor daughters.

A Status Report has been placed on record. As per the Status Report filed in response to the petition, it has been verified that the petitioner has two daughters namely, Pari aged about 15 and Arena aged 14 years. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner's parole is extended for a period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions. 5.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. 6.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
