This petition is filed under Section 29A of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for concluding the arbitration proceedings .

The arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 11.01.2023. Earlier the mandate was extended twice by this Court and now a last opportunity is sought for pronouncing the award.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six weeks.
