% 31.01.2020 CM APPL No. 3743/2020 The appeal was disposed of vide order dated 02.09.2019 in terms of settlement agreement. As per the settlement agreement dated 26.08.2019, the amount of Rs.1,23,777/- deposited by the appellant before this Court pursuant to the Order dated 08.01.2019 was to be paid to respondent No.1 per clause 12(a) of the agreement as noted in the said order. Since as per the settlement agreement, the respondent No.1 had agreed to accept Rs.1,78,777/- which included Rs.1,23,777/- deposited by the appellant, hence the sum of Rs.1,23,777/- along with upto date interest be released to respondent No.1 subject to an undertaking by R-1 that if any dispute arises in future qua interest he shall deposit such amount with the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks from such date. The application stands disposed of.
