By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks extension of furlough granted to the petitioner by the Jail Authority which is going to expire on 24.01.2024. 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent within one week from today.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms alongwith miscellaneous applications.
