Application under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of extension of Parole by four weeks.

It is submitted that the SLP is yet not been prepared and he needs more time to get the same prepared. Therefore, the extension be granted. 3.

The Petitioner has already been granted Parole for three weeks for the purpose. There is no cogent explanation given for further extension. The extension of parole is hereby declined.

The applications stands dismissed.
