The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking direction to the Ld. Magisterial Court presided over by Sh. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that though the complaint was filed on 30.06.2023, the Respondent/State has failed to file its final Action Taken Report and therefore, the complaint has not been decided. 3.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for Respondent states that the final Action Taken Report shall be filed within two (2) weeks and Respondent shall not seek any adjournment before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing i.e., 28.05.2025.

The statement of the Respondent is taken on record. 5.

The learned Trial Court is requested to hear and dispose of the complaint preferably within four (4) weeks from 28.05.2025. 6.

The parties are directed not to seek any adjournment before the Trial Court.
