This petition has been filed by the petitioners inter alia seeking directions to the respondents to grant pay-parity and notional fixation of pay, allowances, and increments to the petitioners at par with their respective batchmates.

The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that by an Order dated 20.09.2024 of the respondents, the relief sought for by the petitioners in the present petition has been granted.

received by the petitioners. He further submits that for some of the petitioners, the date of grant of relief is incorrect and has been postponed.

We dispose of this petition, directing the respondents to transfer the arrears, in terms of the aforementioned order passed, to the petitioners within a period of three months from today. 5.
As far as the grievance of the petitioners that some of the petitioners have not been granted the relief from the date when it became due, such petitioners who are aggrieved of the aforementioned order passed by the respondents, may challenge the same in accordance with law.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
