O R D E R

% 07.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioner.

TIP of petitioner was conducted on 09.02.2018 wherein witness had failed to identity the petitioner as the same person who had committed the alleged offence with him. Petitioner is in custody for the last one year, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
