By this petition, petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.375/2018 under Sections 354/354-B/323/509/34 IPC registered at PS Kotla Mubarak Pur on the complaint of respondent No.2 and proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

He states that besides respondent No.2 the complainant there are other victims namely respondent No.2's husband and children who were also beaten. He states that they have not been made as a party. 5.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to amend the memo of parties impleading the husband and three children of the respondent No.2 as respondent Nos.3 to 6. 6.

Amended memo of parties be filed within two days. 7.

On the amended memo of parties being filed, issue notice to the newly added respondent Nos.3 to 6 on the petitioners taking steps through ordinary and dasti process, registered AD and speed post returnable on 2nd May, 2019 when the parties and the Investigating Officer who identifies them will be present in Court.

Notice is accepted by respondent No.2 who is present and is identified by the Investigating Officer.
