The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of interim bail for a period of one month in FIR No. 1088/ 2021 dated 23.12.2021, under Sections 365/367/368/307/506/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden. 2.

The Investigating Officer present in Court has confirmed that the applicant's surgery has been fixed for 10.01.2024. 3.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 13.12.2023 is extended for a period of ten days from today, on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner is directed to surrender on 19.01.2024. 4.
