O R D E R

% 08.05.2017 On her application for release on bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Bail Application no.4/2017), the applicant Amrita Kaur wife of Sh. Kewal Singh, resident of 1869/A, Second Floor, Street No.14, Govindpuri Extn., Kalkaji, Delhi-110 019 then in custody in case FIR no.675/2015, under Section 304 read with Sec. 23 Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015, of police station Kalkaji was directed to be released by order dated 06.01.2017, on interim bail for a period of four weeks subject to conditions specified in the said order against the backdrop that her two years' old son suffering from autism was then seriously ill, such medical condition of the minor child having been confirmed on inquiry by the State.

The file has been put up before this court on the basis of office note, which in turn, refers to a report from Deputy Superintendent, BAIL APPLN. 4/2017

Central Jail-6, Tihar Jail dated 04.05.2017 that the applicant has not surrendered herself to Jail on expiry of the said period of interim bail. The Jail administration is not aware if the interim bail was extended or not.

In the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is directed that the trial court shall issue the requisite process to secure the presence of the applicant, if she has jumped bail.

A copy of the order shall be sent to the trial court for necessary compliance.

A copy of this order shall also be sent to the Superintendent (Jail) for information.
