% 07.01.2019 After some hearing, upon his attention being drawn to the ruling of the Supreme Court reported as Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Others v. State of Gujarat and Another, (2017) 9 SCC 641, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the petition though reserving the right to file a fresh petition for quashing of the criminal case on merits also indicating that he would still like to abide by the settlement he has entered upon with the second petitioner.

The petition along with accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
