The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance th September, 2023 and 03rd of the order and judgment dated 20 November, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) 6790/2022.

By way of the order dated 03 passed that petitioner herein who is appearing in person shall be heard by the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by Government of NCT of Delhi. It is the case of the petitioner, who is appearing in person that he had been directed to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee, whose office is situated in Room No.29 and 30, Palika Place, Panchkuian Road, NDMC, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that when he visited the said office, the said office was locked and that infrastructure is still not in place in the said office. 6.
Per contra, learned counsel appearing for respondents submit that after passing of the order dated 03rd November, 2023 in W.P.(C) 6790/2022, an application had been filed by the petitioner being CM APPL. 60436/2023. The said application filed on behalf of petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 21st November, 2023 by the Division Bench of this Court. By the said order dated 21st November, 2023, directions were given that Video Conferencing link ("VC link") shall be generated and provided to the petitioner herein by Whatsapp and Email and further, the Grievance Redressal Committee shall hear the petitioner via the VC link. st November, 7.
It is further submitted that pursuant to the order dated 21 2023, VC link was provided to the petitioner for appearance on 26th December, 2023 to be heard through VC hearing. However, the petitioner never joined the VC hearing on 26th December, 2023.

Learned counsel for respondent further submits that subsequently another VC link was provided to the petitioner and therefore, a VC hearing th was granted to the petitioner yesterday, i.e., 04 January, 2024. She submits that petitioner has already been heard by the Grievance Redressal Committee and that a speaking order shall be passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee shortly.

same. However, he affirms the fact that he joined the VC link yesterday, i.e., 04th January, 2024 and was duly given a hearing by the members of the Grievance Redressal Committee.

Considering the aforesaid aspect that the petitioner has already been granted a hearing by the Grievance Redressal Committee, the grievance of the petitioner with respect to hearing by the said Grievance Redressal Committee stands satisfied. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of. 12.
