This order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 09.01.2025.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the Applicant states that Applicant has duly joined the investigation on 16.01.2025 and 20.01.2025 and furnished all information as required by Investigating officer ('I.O.') as on date.

Mr. Laksh Khanna, learned APP states on instructions from the I.O. that the Applicant has joined the investigation and for the moment no further investigation is required from the Applicant. 4.

attention of the I.O. He states presently the I.O. is aware that there are approximately 489 investors who have been roped into the Multilevel Marketing Scheme (MLM) of the accused company M/s Vedic Ayurcare Health and Retail Pvt. Ltd and accused company Axis E-Corp Solution Pvt. Ltd.

He states that as per the investigation, the Applicant had invested Rs. 50,000/- and the accused company and has earned commission to the extent to Rs. 32 lakhs. He states that at this stage role of the Applicant is still under scrutiny.

In response, learned senior counsel states that Applicant had earned the said amount as commission over a period of 22 months for the services rendered to the company i.e. M/s Vedic Ayurcare Health. 7.
In light of the aforenoted submissions of the parties, the Court is of the considered opinion that the Applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail in FIR No.57/2023 registered at Police Station (P.S) Economic Offence Wing ('EOW'). Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition: i.
The Applicant shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when directed;
ii.
The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; iii.
The Applicant shall provide his mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer;

iv.
In case of change of residential address and / or mobile number, the Applicant shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer by way of an affidavit.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous. 9.
It is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the case and has restricted itself to the question of whether anticipatory bail can be granted to the Applicant or not. The observations made hereinabove shall nowhere affect the merits of the case during trial. 10.
