The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the personal allegations made on behalf of the respondent against the judicial officer, which, it is submitted, is not proper. This Court records that judicial officers who are discharging their official duties ought not to be subjected to any personal comments or remarks, as made by the respondent in the present case. This Court expresses its displeasure on such conduct of the respondent. 4.
