% 09.12.2015 Parties have settled their disputes amicably on 24th April, 2015 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement, 'Mark C-1'. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

I do not find the terms of the settlement to be in conflict with any law.

Suit is disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to plaintiff and a necessary certificate be issued in this regard by the Registry.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
