This is an application filed in the disposed of Company Petition i.e. CP 32/2015. The said company petition was the second motion, filed in the captioned matter.

The application has been, essentially, filed to bring on record Annexures A and B, which set out the list of immovable properties and the details of the shareholding pattern.

I am informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, both these annexures, were part of the first motion i.e. CA(M) 172/2014. 4.

Ms. Aparna Mudiam, learned Assistant ROC and Mr. Behl, learned counsel for the OL do not oppose the application. 5.

The application is, accordingly, allowed.

The said Annexures will form part of the sanctioned scheme of arrangement. 6.

The order dated 2.11.2015, passed in Company Petition 32/2015, shall stand modified, accordingly.

Registry will issue a formal order to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
