By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioner seeks to assail the orders dated 03.12.2022 and 02.11.2022 passed by the learned ASJ, South East, Saket Court, New Delhi whereby the request of the petitioner to travel to Sri Lanka and Dubai respectively, in the month of November and December, 2022 was declined.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the said dismissal was for a particular itinerary and even as per Learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner thereafter has travelled abroad. 3.

Considering that the impugned orders were passed in respect of one particular itinerary, this petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
