Vide order dated 03.05.2024, direction was given to the Investigating Officer to file the compliance report. As per office note, compliance report has not been filed. Let fresh notice be issued to concerned SHO to file the compliance report by the next date of hearing. If the report is not filed before the next date of hearing, concerned SHO is directed to appear before the Court on the next date of hearing along with written explanation for non-compliance.
