CM No. 331/2015 The exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. FAO (OS) 11/2015 and CM No. 330/2015 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Without commenting on the merits, we are disposing of this appeal with the direction that the appellant shall file the reply to the injunction application pending before the learned Single Judge on or before 14.01.2015. We also direct that the hearing of the application being I.A. No. 25761/2014 should be advanced to 19.01.2015. Till 19.01.2015 the period granted to the appellant by virtue of paragraph 22 of the impugned order shall stand extended. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
