This is a application seeking enforcement of the Award dated 30.03.2010 and directions to the judgment-debtor to pay decreetal amount of Rs. 87,93,49,326/- as on 15.12.2023.

Issue Notice. Ms Akshada Mujwar accepts notice on behalf of the judgment debtor.

It is stated by Mr Krishnan, learned senior counsel for the decreeholder that the Award in favour of the decree-holder has attained finality in view of the judgment dated 24.08.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4658/2023 wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court had directed the judgment-debtor to pay the amount due and payable to the decree-holder within 8 weeks.

Since the amount has not been paid, the judgment-debtor is directed to make the payment of the amount due and payable to the decree-holder within a period of two weeks from today.

With these directions, the application alongwith the captioned petition, i.e OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 3/2024, is disposed of. 6.
In case the payment is not made within a period of two weeks from today, the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive the petition as well as initiate appropriate legal action.
